Are your products handmade by you and are they all natural?
Yes. All products within our various product lines are handmade fresh to order, with all natural ingredients that include, but are not limited to,
botanical herbs, organic oils and butters, and essential oils. Some of our products do contain fragrance oils, but in small percentages.
How long will my order take?
Because our products are handmade fresh, please allow a 1(one) - two (2) week turnaround time to process your order. Once your order is
shipped you'll receive an email notifying you of shipment date and tracking/delivery information.
Do you deliver for local orders?
We at Asha's would like to take the opportunity to share with you the new guidelines for all local delivery orders placed/purchased with us
that will go into affect Monday, January 30, 2006. The guidelines are subject to change without notice.
1. There will be a local ( delivery to limited areas only ) delivery fee of $15.00 charged for any single order placed.
2. All deliveries must be made during our normal business hours, M - F from 9 a.m. - 2:30 p.m. central standard time. We will no longer deliver
orders after close of business.
3. Because of time constraints, there will be a fifteen ( 15 ) minute window on all local deliveries requiring a meeting point between customer
and representative from Asha's. If a customer has not met with the representative of Asha's within the time allotted to pick up their order, the
Asha's representative will leave meeting point and the order will be mailed to customer instead. Regular shipping and handling fees will apply
and no refunds will be issued.
4. If you place an order via telephone and are paying with either a visa or master card, please know that at the time of purchase you will be
charged the normal shipping and handling fees. Once your order has been delivered, your account will be refunded the shipping and handling
fees, minus the $5.00 delivery charge. If you missed the time of delivery, your order will be mailed. Regular shipping and handling fees will
apply and no refunds will be issued.
Is your hair natural or do you have a perm/texturizer?
My hair is all natural and I have been chemical free since 1997.
I've heard that beeswax is bad for your hair, why do you use it?
Beeswax (an all natural substance), when used alone, can be damaging to your hair attracting dirt and lint and causing buildup, leaving the hair
stiff and dull looking. However, the small amount of beeswax found within my products is negligible when combined with the rich oils,
butters and herbal fusions. It is only used as a binding and thickening agent.
Know, that our products do not have a waxy feel to them, but are truly all natural soft butters and creams.
Do you use mineral oil or petroleum as ingredients within your products?
Our products do not contain cheap fillers, mineral Oil, lanolin, paraffin, petroleum, silicones, lauryl sulfates, diazolidinyl urea or artificial
colorants. Our products contain only all natural ingredients which include, but are not limited to, organic herbs, essential oils, exotic oils and
My hair isn't natural. Can your products be used on relaxed and texturized hair?
Yes! Our products can be used by all regardless of hair type, whether your hair is natural, relaxed, transitioning, texturized or color treated.
You'll obtain the same results that our customers with highly textured hair have obtained and that's soft, moisturized and protected tresses.
