Although our products are made from wholesome natural ingredients, some natural ingredients have been know
to irritate sensitive skin. Therefore, it is recommend to test any new product on a small patch of skin prior to full
use. If redness, rash or other irritation develops, discontinue use. Keep away from eyes, and DO NOT EAT,
regardless of how good a product looks or smells.
Please note that because all products are made by hand, slight variations is color and texture are likely to occur,
but know that the quality of the products remain the same.
Please remember that all bath, body and skin care products are made with natural ingredients and should be
applied with clean dry hands and containers should be kept as clean as possible to avoid contamination. To
prolong their shelf life, store products away from direct sunlight and in a cool dry place.
We at Asha's reserve the right to refuse to do business with any organization or person who we feel intends to
misuse or misrepresent Asha's any form or fashion.
Shipping and Return Policy
Placing Your Order
We can not make any changes to an order once it is finalized. Please check your order carefully before you
finalize it. (i.e. products desired, quantity amount, mailing address and email address). We are not responsible
for any errors made by the consumer during the checkout process regarding packages not being delivered,
notifications not being received, etc... If the above mentioned information was entered in error by the consumer.
Order processing and shipping times
Orders, subject to credit approval, are logged in the next open business day after they're placed, regardless of
order size. All products are made at the time of purchase and in the order in which they are received. This
ensures the consumer's guaranteed freshness of a product(s). Due to the fresh nature of our products and our
commitment to quality, please allow up to 10 business days for processing of your order from the time of
cleared payment, plus an estimated delivery time of 3 - 10 days. Please note that during times of heavy volume,
such as holidays, all services may take up to five (5) days longer. We will inform you if there is a delay with your
order. All orders are shipped via US Postal Service Mail.
Shortly after your item ships we will e-mail you a copy of your tracking/delivery confirmation number. Please
make sure that the e-mail you provide during your checkout is correct and up to date. Sometimes these e-mails
end up in a customer's Delete or Bulk mail folders. Please check through these type folders before contacting us.
Because these orders will be shipped overseas, the above shipping policy entails some additional details. ALL
international order (outside the continental US of America) must be placed manually with our Customers Service
Dept to determine the approximate shipping and handling charge. Please contact us at

Please be aware that payments made through PayPal may occasionally take a few days to clear. We are not
responsible for any delays in processing orders paid for through PayPal, in the event that their system goes
down, preventing us from confirming the receipt of payment. Orders cannot be shipped until your payment
Due the nature of the products we sell, please note that all sales are final and are not subject to return. Please
review items selected prior to completing your order. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, your claim
must be received within five (5) days from the date you receive your order.
You may cancel your order for any reason before it is shipped. In such case we will charge you with the handling
